Phillip Raymond Cowley
Hello my name is Mark Phillip Cowley, I am 21 years. my d.o.b. is 28 march 1982.
I lost touch with my father Phillip Raymond Cowley about 10-15 years ago.
I am from jersey channel islands, where I was born and have always lived. the last I heard he was in Thailand. Phuket to be precise.
I think he's re-married over there and has a number of children. I would be grateful if you could help me in anyway possible as this would be gratefully appreciated. thank you.
